Carrot curry chips
250 g carrots
½ tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp curry powder
A pinch of salt
- Preheat oven to 180 °C (356 °F). Peel carrots and cut into thin slices. Mix together with olive oil, curry, and salt.
- Spread them out side by side on a sheet of baking paper. Bake for about 12 minutes.
Chocolate-covered fruit
Your choice of fruit (strawberries, pineapples, pears, grapes, etc.)
150 g dark chocolate (minimum 75% cocoa content)
- Cut the fruit into bite-size pieces; chop up the chocolate and heat it over a water bath, stirring until the chocolate has melted.
- Using a fork, dip the pieces of fruit halfway into the melted chocolate and let them cool on a plate.
Passion fruit coconut smoothie
½ L maracuja juice
¼ L coconut milk
1 lemon
1 teaspoon honey
1 banana
- Squeeze the lemon into a glass or bowl and cut the banana up into medium-sized pieces.
- Mix all the ingredients together in a large container and purée using a (hand) blender.
